For package customers only: What can I expect…What can I expect during my free consultation?
We’ll talk through your responses from the new client questionnaire and establish some goals you’d like to work towards together. This will help me put together a package that suits you and a plan for moving forward on your energetic journey.
What experience do you have?
I’m a licensed massage therapist with 12+ years of experience specializing in medical massage, energy work, healing, and reflexology.While I’m not a Doctor or a replacement for conventional medicine, my work brings positive energy and open minded ideas into a world that sometimes needs a little positivity.
Are group packages available for a special occasion?
Absolutely and we have gift certificates too. Email goodenergymatters28@gmail.com if you’d like to learn more.
When will I receive my goodenergymatters.com package?
Your package will arrive by USPS or UPS within one week of our free online consultation. (Due to an occasional mailing glitch your package may take a little longer to arrive).
At this time we are only able to send packages within the United States.
What happens after my package arrives?
Email Wendy Morgan at goodenergymatters28@gmail.com and we will schedule a time for your “Support the Package” meeting.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Please take a photo of your package and its contents and I will send a replacement of the damaged goods. Any replacements must be requested within 14 days of receipt.
How do I pay for a package or service?
Easy. PayPal, Venmo, or credit card. No refunds available.
All sales are final. You can choose to purchase a package outright from my shop, or if you’d prefer to start with a free consultation, please fill out the contact form and we’ll go from there.
