“Support The Package Meetings” will be about 45 minutes in length and conducted over Google Hangouts or Facetime. There will be discussion, instruction, and demos when appropriate with regard to developing energy practices for your goals and bringing mindful awareness and balance into your daily life. We will also go over any questions you have about the items and instructions included in your package.
