Just Listen

Ask someone a question and then listen.

When spending time with an elderly person, look into their eyes, ask them a question, gently smile, and listen.

Look at a tree on a windy day and listen.

Experience the falling rain and listen.

Say a prayer and listen - your answers might not arrive at that moment but perhaps another day.

Lift your head skyward and listen.

Hear children laughing and listen.

Ask yourself a question and listen - the answer might be right in front of you or even all around you.  Don’t be afraid to listen, to trust, to embrace your intuition. In your silence many wise words will be heard. So much of what you need to know is inside you.  Just LISTEN!
